This is not how I would prepare my meatloaf either, but I applaud her for trying and showing other ways of how ppl make theirs, to be nasty and insulting does what? We all grew up differently and prepare differently and regardless if you would eat it ir not honestly you all don’t have to be negative, just share your ideas . It’s enough negativity in this world but to spend your time throwing negativity says what about you. Be better y’all 😊 and continue to bless others with your ideas.

Grate the onion instead of chopping.. It will keep the loaf tender and don't add Worcestershire sauce to the topping, you want your topping thick to hold better not watery.

Gotta wrap it right though . Lotta effort but good. The meatloaf seasoning packets are good too with minced onion in that meatloaf pan its super easy and more firm. I go back and forth. Always fry a piece for leftovers w mash and good seedy bread. Mmmm comfort food
