She already proved it (not that she has to} by leaving her marriage to a "loving husband and wonderful father". She moved out of their huge, modern newly renovated home and, on the surface, walked away from a "carefree existence". She decided to leave. That takes an enormous amount of strength. Many are confused and baffled as to why she did that. Starting again with her daughters and building a new life from scratch is extremely brave. Nikki is going into uncharted waters. She has nothing to prove to anyone.
