I think as well as you feeling like you have a problem and acknowledging is a huge step but also getting someone else to admit it who is a medical professional and might help you is another step altogether... There is a fear of being dismissed. I think there is a massive fear sometimes with people worrying about being just subdued with drugs rather than other therapies which might provide coping strategies. That doctor sounds pretty good!

yes, she was pretty cool and very helpful! i jut needed someone to really confirm that there is nothing wrong. but will still be going to my regular blood checks and stuff, coz i am not getting any younger lol!

Thank you for sharing, Paola! ❤ Glad to hear you are feeling better.. I wish I didn't know how crazy panic attacks can feel, it took me years to overcome it, but I still carry a tiny bottle of "Bachs Rescue Remedy", just in case (I'm a fan of homeopathy). I'm wishing you a great week ahead ☀️🙏
