in california you can sometimes get insurance as undocumented but many people are scared to get deported so they dont report accidents...just talk to them so you wont get a felony hit and run

You’d be surprised in Texas how it could be possible the one is suin me now is undocumented with no license , minor accident scratch on bumper saying later was hurt hopefully doesn’t go away with his lie

This happened to me 2 months ago. Some guy hit me from behind. He told me he was illegal and didn't want me to call 911. He claimed that his dad was a mechanic with his own shop, and he could fix it for free. I talked to his dad over the phone, and he told me to drive to his house so he could take a look at my damages. (Keep in mind I was 18 at the time and never gotten to an accident.) Once I got there, the guy that hit me ran inside his house. His dad later came out and told me that his son told him that i was at fault. He then closed the door and both of them did not come out. I didn't take any pictures, which I believe his son knew about. I learned a great lesson that day. Next time, idc if the person is illegal or poor. I'm calling police and making a report.
