At7:42 I want to ask on going from 1 to 2 ,there can be two possible ways. You have preferred anticlockwise by it is also possible in clockwise manner. I am just confused about it. Pls clear my query.

If you go clockwise direction, then you need to go another round to reach 3 after you reaching 2, so after reaching 2 nearest way to reach 3 is anticlockwise direction

You have told wrong about Fischer projection. The atoms/groups on vertical line are on the plane. RHS of the horizontal line is above the plane, the atom/group on the LHS of the horizontal line is below the plane
