I've been a Stereophonics fan since the first time I heard them. Last night my husband died in my arms, a cardiac arrest, we couldn't get him back. Today, I thought I can't listen to any music today it will make me feel even worse. But I found myself wanting to listen to this track, and the lyric 'Where would I be now if I hadn't met you, right place, right time.' As much pain and tears I have cried today, I wouldn't change a thing. He was a rough diamond with a heart of gold. Serendipity? There's an end to everything, good or bad and every day you have with your loved one is a gift. I love the Bob Dylan reference too. Thank you Kelly. x

It's remarkable how The 'phonics have been around since the mid 90's , the same era as oasis, blur, pulp, verve etc. most of whom have long since spilt up, and yet they still knock out record after record, always at least 7/10, and Kelly's not lost his voice whatsoever. I had this epiphany listening to radio x the other day randomly.

Stereophonics is what Maroon 5 used to want to be.. until they turned mainstream pop. Its about time bands brought back their sound. What was ever wrong about using real instruments in a classic way? Glad Stereophonics never turned their backs in the first place!

Maroon 5 have never been anything like the stereophonics, I do like matron 5 especially the early stuff but they ain’t like the phonics
@InvasionNetworkOfficial2 жыл бұрын
@@deanBORO Maroon 5 used to want to sound like a band that produced music in a similar catagory/genre to stereophonics ... not too heavy but keeping guitar and real instruments at the forefront of their sound. They made their songs appeal to a wide range of people by producing their songs to be be played on radio... Maroon 5 throughout their first few albums had more real instruments played in a way in which it was more inkeeping with a rock/alt rock/pop sound ... then they started gradually introducing more pop and R&B and Virtual Intruments such as trap beats and 808s and going for more of an overall Contemporary pop/R&B sound ditching most of their original authentic elements. Stereophonics have never strayed into heavily R&B/Pop sound with Virtual instruments.. have i made my point or do you need me to go into more detail and explain it in even broader detail..?? ....No Stereophonics aren't like Maroon 5! You’ve done it again Kell. This is one of my absolute favourite songs you have ever done. It so raw yet so beautifully done. We seen you in November in Llandudno and again in March in Manchester, you was on form but we all know like everyone you’ve had you’re struggles, especially of late but thankfully you’ve overcome them with the love and support of you’re family. Only what you deserve, such a humble and down to earth person that deserves all he’s got. Never forgot where he come from and doesn’t have that arrogance that people get when they are where Kelly is. Keep doing you Kell and you won’t go wrong.. ❤️
