People: Sunny so you're Igbo Me: I'm not, I'm Ijaw People: That means you're Igbo na Me: 🙄 See, it's such a hard work explaining to people that I'm Ijaw, not Igbo, and that Ijaw is a tribe which language and culture is totally different from Igbo. Look, I'm almost giving up on my generation of Nigerian youth.

My sisters are KZbinrs! I never thought I’d see the day lol. Great content girls. I always find it sad that Nigerians know very little about tribes and languages outside of the major 3. Even worse is when you try to enlighten people of your ethnicity and people insist on fitting you in a box that makes them comfortable. “We need to take the time to get to know people who are different from us so we don’t see them as flat stereotypes. Every person has many different sides, and to truly respect a person, we need to get a better understanding of their depth instead of making assumptions.”

As Nigeria we can do better. Our comments and actions are full of microaggressions. We need to educate ourselves and act right.

Suchet ma girl! You look good! Your sis looks good, too. ♨️ Good video quality. Kudos. Well, stereotypes are considered half-truths. Half. Truthy. Interestingly, I'm always excited to meet northerners. Glad I have you.

Just Justin thanks! Well true, half-truths but they shouldn’t be the lens through which people see the world.

Nice insights! Northern Nigeria has suffered too much stereotypical attributes. This video goes a long way to correcting that notion. Thanks a lot.

Thanks Tunde. Yes we have. And the annoying thing is, some people think their ignorance as regards this is cute.

The Nation needs to hear this. The annoying one is when you dress in Ankara and a veil to match. They be like “see this Hausa girl” 😡😡😡

Spot on. Thank you for the enlightenment. Also, I condemn the stereotype of Nothernerns and will recommend a panel to look into this and take action immediately.

First view and first comment 😁. 4:31 - Is Jos a State? 🤨 People forget there are more than 3 tribes in Nigeria. If I had a dollar for everytime I told someone I was from the South-South and they said ‘So you’re Igbo’, I would be richer than Hushpuppi.

Lol see you feeling yourself. I know right!!! We’d all be millionaires. It’s not easy being from a minor tribe tbh. Jos is the capital of Plateau, do forgive😅.
