Biological Indicator Incubation period 7 days but as my knowledge it's 48hours or 72hours

Yes, so are many things, including sunlight in sufficient quantities!! However EO the sterilisation process, like all sterilisation processes, is completely safe and effective. Please ignore any scaremongering you may hear from the uninformed on social media.

Do you work in the decontamination / sterilisation industry? I would suggest that you don't.
