last year, i watched my cousin go from feeling completely stuck in life to absolutely thriving. they’d been talking about a book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane and how it wasn’t about “just think happy thoughts,” but more about getting real with yourself and your goals. at first, i didn’t pay much attention, but then they started landing dream opportunities, meeting new people, and just carrying themselves differently. it’s not some miracle story-they worked for it-but they said the book helped them focus in a way that made everything feel possible.

He was a standout actor in the film American Fiction. He is so talented and versatile, he really was convincing as a closeted (then out) plastic surgeon. I appreciate actors who look for the humanity in their characters. He could teach emotional intelligence as well as acting, he really could. I hope he writes a memoir soon

He really didn't share anything about what the experience was like in his takeaway was but everybody wishes for the world without using Ayahuasca. Or how his experience differed from his wives. That would have been much more educational and useful than this excess talk on purging. I've done it so I know what happens and there is so much more to it that he could have shared.

for weeks, i kept seeing people rave about the book Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane in the comments of different videos. it felt like every time i scrolled, someone was talking about how it changed their life. i finally gave in and read it, and honestly, i’m glad i did. it’s not just hype-it’s a practical guide to shifting your mindset and energy in a way that actually works. i’ve already noticed small changes in my life, and it’s making me rethink how i approach everything. now i get why so many people couldn’t stop talking about it.

The Hunt for Red October starring Sean Connery, (came out in 1990)? I don’t think Sterling was in that movie. He would have been 14… not that he couldn’t have been in the movie at 14, but I don’t think he was. I know James Earl Jones (now deceased) and Courtney B. Vance were in the movie.

This was so good I literally watched it twice. I took the advice to see Sterling on Jimmy Fallon’s dance segment at 1:50. It was from 6 years ago. It was good impromptu/off the cuff dancing…. But THIS interview is extremely entertaining. You guys have a great rapport. Great back & forth. Great idea about HG tv. Yet Jimmy, you know your daughter completely gets her views from listening to you… Now I wouldn’t have caught that Ryan wasn’t jealous about Michelle Obama because Sterling had physical contact with an attractive , powerful woman but jealous that SHE didn’t get that HUG. I don’t even think I’d ever have thought again about it & would’ve always thought she was jealous that her husband was embraced by another woman. 🤷♀️ I’m glad you had Sterling on because now I have someone to see what I’ve missed historically & now can keep an eye out for the future - for the HULU show as I’d have never known, noticed or heard about it. Thank you for the introduction. 😊

He got he download, but I can't imagine doing Ayahuasca in an auditorium with 89 other people. The bond formed by a small group of people sharing this experience is transcendental. As important to the transformation of self as the ceremony itself. (I thinks)

i kept seeing people mention the book Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane in the comments of so many videos. at first, i thought it was just overhyped, but after seeing it pop up everywhere, i decided to give it a shot. turns out, it really is as powerful as people say. the way it explains how to align your energy with what you truly want is something i’ve never seen before. it’s not just about thinking positively-it’s about actually understanding the process of manifesting your dream life. i can see why so many people are talking about it now.
@RutikNikam-bj5re10 күн бұрын
i used to be skeptical about all this manifestation talk until one of my closest friends went from feeling stuck in their job to landing their dream role. it wasn’t just luck either-they’d been talking about a book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane and how it shifted their mindset. what really got me was how they started approaching life differently-more calm, more focused-and things just started falling into place. they mentioned it wasn’t some overnight magic but a process of really understanding what they wanted and aligning with it. honestly, seeing the change in them made me curious about how much mindset matters.

I ate magic mushrooms a BUNCH of times and have never once yacked, it can happen to some people with higher doses. YOU should seriously consider trying mushrooms in low dose to start. IF you want to be at more peace with yourself, others, the past and the world around you. If you want to live in a state where positive where positive emotions bubble up as your natural default as opposed to pessimism and negative emotions being your natural default way of seeing the world.
