Stern Galaxy 1980 FOR SALE Restored by Dr. Dave's Pinball Restorations

I was 16 when this gem showed up at a bowling alley, where I dropped many a quarter. Along with Wizard, Kiss, Xenon, and Future Spa... Galaxy was one of my all-time favorites. Love the charm & simplicity of the old EM machines, not to mention the first of the solid-state machines. I'm getting old, but it was amazing to see the pinball machine evolve. My favorites were from '74 - '80. Many memories watching this. Thanks for posting.

Awesome! Thankyou for sharing those memories. =) This was one of the first games I picked up when I started collecting and repairing pinball machines. It was in my collection up until recently when I saw it was time to let it go to a new home. I have so many other ones waiting to come up into the light of my gameroom. Had to give them a chance to shine. =) My favorites are from 1975 - 1983.

You need to teach everyone how to set up spinners. The spinners on all your machines are smooth like butter.

I sold this one back 2 Christmas's ago. Anything this vintage fully restored like I do goes for anywhere from $4k - $7K typically in 2021.
