Yes! Thats the great part about sterno. You can light and re-light it until all the gel is gone. Just make sure you put the lid back on lightly.

Be careful! The new lids are much more flimsey and hard to re-use repeatedly to unseal & reseal. Unlike the lids manufactured in time past. (And where does one buy that tool which pops off the lid of the can without damage to the lip of the lift up cap?)

Where do we buy the sterno can opener/snuffer?

Where do i get the tool shown to pry open the chaffing fuel lid? In the past, it was no problem, because the lid was made from a thicker base metal than a flimsey aluminum impossible to open. And those with the twist top are too big for stowing into a survival pack along with my Sterno Folding Camp Stove. The smaller 2 and1/2 hour chaffing can is much smaller and packs easily inside my Stanley cup sized cook ware. I cannot find that tool i saw you use on the lid to pop the lid off in the isle where these cans of chaffing fuel are sold.

My aunt and uncle got burned by ethanol canned heat at a restaurant in Taiwan. My aunt got the fire caught onto her and my uncle tried getting it off her and got his hands and arms burned too. I’m sad

This product is ancient and it needs to die off. Its the worst fuel ive ever used for cooking. There are far better cooking fuels out there. Dont waste your money on this useless crap.
