I love this reflection, I felt it because lately it’s been blood 🩸 sweat and tears in my engagement due to misunderstandings between us over little things, that leaves me feeling alone and abandoned in how to make sense of what is happening.and find effective ways to rest in Jesus and go for walks to self reflect. Jesus wants to love us where we’re at. Healing ❤️🩹 isn’t linear. My Jesus, MERCY.🙏🏼

Thanks for the wisdom Sr. Miriam. I went through betrayal by someone I was intimate with and felt the humiliation and rejection that came along with it. But because of Jesus I can forgive. I want God to forgive me and I know he has so I need to repeat the process. I will see something cruel and vicious on tv and focus on the pain and suffering. I put my hand under boiling water and think what it would be like for the whole body to submerged in it......Thats hell and I think damn I don't want my worst enemy to go there. I also listen to other religious people online. Mike Murchison is great Mother Miriam is great. I went to a cennicle in Quebec and there were a lot of nuns who were giving their testimony and I was surprised at how much they knew and I never see them give sermon's from the pulpit in Holy Mass.

Sister needs to help people to know, love and serve God... to look at Him more and themselves less. The peoblem of absence if Love isn't for oneself but for lack of Charity, which is loving God above all things, especially oneself. Sr. feeds the problem of the 'poor me' mentality that plagues modern times... at the end she starts to get to a better message, but then it stops abruptly.

I find it interesting the people who still cling to wearing masks out of fear and trauma. I keep thinking they feel safe hiding behind the masks. And sadly far too many prefer this opportunity to be a victim instead of moving forward and living with Christ. These days I see mask wearing as a beacon screaming that the person desperately needs help.

At timestamp 24:24 teaching counter to our Lord's command given in Matthew 5:37. .And she goes on to say the peace (cf. John 14:27) is "rightly order relationships" as if IN ME, (i.e, Christ) wasn't in the verse.; then mushes v.25's "This I have told you" onto the end of verse 27 about peace, which not only voided out the HUGE part about the HOLY SPIRIT in order to segue into self promotiion : that was so polished, that it sounded like a script. Another thing: BIG eisegesis at timestamp 18 minute saying it was the woman who had been suffering from hemorrhage''s love got her healed (Luke 8:43) not her faith. 1 TMOTHY 2.11-15

The worst thing I ever heard was this lady say Jesus was there while I was being molested by my grandfather and raped in college. Well then. He is quite the guy. Quite the Savior....just to Stand by and watch while literally my whole life was destroyed and my whole self worth. This is exactly why Christianity makes no sense.
@blerinapsota24472 жыл бұрын
I am so sorry this happened to you. I pray that you will find proper healing from this horrible trauma and past abuse you’ve experienced. Where is God when these bad things are happening to us? The best thing to do is to ask Him that question in prayer. We know we are not alone and He’s always with us. The answer could be that that He was reliving his own crucifixion, the horrible pain he was subjected during that torture. If God loves us as his own children, why does He allow this? God gives us free will and freedom to make our own choices. He didn’t design us to be robots that must do everything in the 10 Commandments without any other choice. He loves us so he allows us to make our own choices: good or bad, which means sinning, killing, raping, abusing etc. This world is a battle ground between good and evil and hurt/broken people often hurt other people. Just know that every time you cried he was collecting all of your tears right besides you, he was watching his crown of thorns go deeper on his skull as you were hurting. He was feeling everything with you! And what’s worse, he couldn’t interfere due to free will and peoples hearts being hardened by sin. Personally I believe that this is not something the God I know, wanted or ordained to happen. It’s the effect of sin spread wide in the world and as long as we live here, there will always be suffering. Our souls were meant for complete union with God and we won’t experience untarnished happiness until we get to heaven one day. I truly hope you’ve found comfort and healing from your past!

Catechism of the Catholic church 827 “Christ, ‘holy, innocent, and undefiled,’ knew nothing of sin, but came only to expiate the sins of the people. The Church, however, clasping sinners to her bosom, at once holy and always in need of purification, follows constantly the path of penance and renewal.”6 All members of the Church, including her ministers, must acknowledge that they are sinners.7 In everyone, the weeds of sin will still be mixed with the good wheat of the Gospel until the end of time.8 Hence the Church gathers sinners already caught up in Christ’s salvation but still on the way to holiness: The Church is therefore holy, though having sinners in her midst, because she herself has no other life but the life of grace. If they live her life, her members are sanctified; if they move away from her life, they fall into sins and disorders that prevent the radiation of her sanctity. This is why she suffers and does penance for those offenses, of which she has the power to free her children through the blood of Christ and the gift of the Holy Spirit.

@Anya Elisabeth Catechism of the Catholic church #844: Very often, deceived by the Evil One, men have become vain in their reasonings, and have exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and served the creature rather than the Creator. Or else, living and dying in this world without God, they are exposed to ultimate despair. : "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to you, and for all who do not have recourse to you, especially the enemies of the Church and those recommended to you. Amen."
