He played the dad on the The Hogan Family sitcom. His name is Josh Taylor. He and Dylan did look alike. He was a good choice to play Dylan's father. Better than the original guy that played him in season 1 when he and Brenda had their first date.

Was this scene edited by chance? If I recall I think there was a scene after Steve's mom goes into the office. As time goes by Brandon walks into the office and asked Steve that they are still in the office (Steve's mom and ms. Teasley). Steve mentions that he heard them laughing. Did this actually happen?

Steve and Dylan's entrance was great, frankly I would have liked Steve and Brenda to go out together, I'm convinced they would have made an explosive couple.

@@Tityretupatulae anyway for Brenda Steve wasn't as good as her Dylan who didn't hesitate to dump her for his best friend, and Steve found her too pretentious, I think they didn't know each other well enough, that's it. is a shame, Kelly wanted to be in Brenda's place and obviously she succeeded, I hated the idea that Kelly ended up becoming the star of the series. For me Beverly Hills ends at the end of season 4.
