One of my favorite S3 storylines. The writers did a good job coming up with something compelling for all the principle cast members during their senior year. Mrs. T going after Steve with the mega burger line is great stuff.

They weren’t buddies. Steve didn’t care for Hubert at all, and Hubert should’ve requested another senior buddy on Day 1. 🙄
@daughterofolaf7 ай бұрын
@@mrparkerdanI meant buddy as in “senior buddy” he was paired with. That’s why I wrote “buddy.” Not buddy as in “great dear friend.” Lol.
@mrparkerdan7 ай бұрын
@@daughterofolaf I understood what you meant. 😉 And since they weren’t really friends anyways, Steve should’ve ratted out Hubert, so he won’t get himself expelled. Also, it was Hubert who committed the crime. Steve was, at best, only an accessory. Hubert can get expelled and sent to juvie, Steve gets 2 weeks detention. 😏

@@mrparkerdanHerbert rightly called him out for being a garbage person and a terrible Senior Buddy after Steve tried to get him to take the fall for the break-in. Steve not ratting out Herbert was the right thing to do, and frankly he owed him that after being such a disappointment to him.

@@HovaNirvana steve WAS garbage and terrible person, so why do a sudden 180 and get expelled? mrs teasley won't give steve extra points for trying to protect his buddy at the 11th hour. 🙄

What he did was wrong yes but he should have kept his mouth shut and played dumb. I learned that in the military. Don’t ask, don’t tell, don’t admit, don’t show, no one knows, no one gets hurt. Get caught and you’re on your own. His character should have played dumb and kept his mouth shut.

Problem was the janitor was going to get some heat for the break in since the "legacy" key Steve received no longer worked. So the janitor was going to take the heat for the break in. He tells Steve he is going to drop the dime on him to the cops. He basically feels he has no choice at this point but to come clean. That was of course after he tries to talk Herbert into taking the fall and getting shit on by him for doing that.
@alexh86132 ай бұрын
He did get caught. The janitor was blackmailing him, but the police were starting to put pressure on the janitor to give some answers. The janitor then told Steve that he was going to give him up

...even though 'Steve-O' is on his re-pentance Tour (1:06), it comes off a mite self-serving; Only when he got CAUGHT is when he 'fessed up to everything....and, TRUE Friends (like Andrea & Brandon) who WARNED him not to flit down the "Jock route", felt betrayed (1:50) (2:35)....Even Brenda knew he was full of it...even WITHOUT bangs! (1:15) ...ha-HAA!! (3:54)

Title is misleading. Steve lied about the solo operation part to protect his freshman buddy that helped him break in. "Comes clean" means telling the whole truth. At least sit down and watch the episodes before you use the show's title as your own channel's.
