It was blocked because of Popcorn and Hava, they make the videos blocked on youtube due to copyright somehow. They have been cut off and that is why it is now working.

These two songs were released by Steve Aoki via Ultra Records, which has a partnership with Sony Music Entertainment (SME). Timmy Trumpet is signed to Spinnin’ Records via Sinphony (a sublabel), while Dr. Phunk, the featured artist, releases most of his material via Revealed Recordings, at which most of if not all material is not blocked.
