The interviewer definitely has biases and talking points. But jumping to "propagandist" is an extreme stance. What I'm sure about is every interview I've watched, whether left/right/middle/upside-down, has been disappointingly biased. Speaking to the audience. MSNBC talks to the left. FOX talks to the right. Pundits talk in their echo chambers. It isn't journalism anymore; it isn't politics anymore. It's just a mess. Everywhere. The only solution I see is a return to proper journalism. An absence of mid-interview editorializing. Citing sources, presenting evidence, and examining *both sides* of every single argument. I'm so tired of clickbait and anchors agreeing with each other snidely. Making an informed decision is hard when we can't even tell where the information *is*. Though I disagree with you on the interviewer being a "propagandist," I understand why you would leap to that judgment.

This is good for both sides. I don't identify as a Democrat or Republican. As an *American*, I absolutely want to hear as much as I can. I want all sides of the argument, context, and evidence. All these unstructured arguments don't look at all like interviews. If there are talking points, there should be evidence alongside. Otherwise we just have two people verbally thumb-wrestling. Interviewers in general have sucked across the board. The debate moderators sucked. There's a lot of media suckage. I have to listen actively to hear the actual messages. Whether it's Biden, Trump, or some rando on the street, context and impartial interviews are so. so. so important. To be transparent about any bias I have: Neither candidate appeals to me, but I'm voting for Biden. Anything as broad in scope as Project 2025 needs a few more years of vetting. And I question Trump's character. It's not so much about being pro-Biden as it is cautious about Trump's broad, sweeping changes. (Not trying to argue, convince, or change anyone's mind - just acknowledging I have biases, and am providing context for my comment. Can't be too careful in 2024.)

Does this 'reporter' ever shut his mouth and listen, just for one, complete sentence, to what the person he is interviewing is saying? I have never seen so many continual interrruptions during any interview I have ever viewed, and I have some years to speak of. My God man, practice some basic discipline and professionalism to allow at least a brief answer to you question or point. I understand you need to not let the person take over, but this was the other way around, your interview became partisan to the extreme, not honest, and by not allowing Steve to answer, you prevented any of us from gaining an understanding of his point - which may well have been intentional on your part, seeing who you work for. @@whackamole4909 Watching this hack's trainwreck, I asked myself, if I was a child and had to choose a father out of Steve and vaughn, who would I pick? It was a no brainer, instantly chose Steve. He is a giant of a man, gave service to his country, hugely intelligent, understands discipline, fiercely loyal, determined, resilient, brave, courageous, fearless, dedicated, hard working, kind, generous, big hearted and a great soh. Oh and the Irish genes would hopefully give my kids the great looks and a second passport. It certainly makes you wonder what vaughn's parents were like to produce such a pathetic, sad excuse for a human being? However, I think vaughn was probably bullied throughout his school years.

This is an embarrassment. Why can’t this supposed journalist ask questions and then let his interviewee speak? And then, if he takes issue with something with some Bannon said, he can ask follow-up questions. I can count the number of proper journalists left in the world on two hands, and this guy isn’t one of them. I couldn’t watch more than 5 mins… the constant interruptions and agenda Vaughn brought this is appalling.
