I am a serious bettor and I don't think these kind of bets are fundamentally or technically sound. I understand it but I'd rather season long bets on Team Wins total. Dec 10 (Sunday early slot) : LAR vs BAL (Bal -6) week 14 Dec 14 (Thursday night football) : LAC vs LV (LAC +1.5) week 15 Best bet Dec 17 ( Sunday early slot) : NYG vs NO (NO ML-125) week 15 Dec 17 (TBD, might be a Sunday night football) : DEN vs DET (DET -2) week 15 Dec 24 (Christmas eve early slot) IND vs ATL (ATL ML -125) week 16 All I care about is will the CLV. If he has 4 better than the CLV its awesome money investment. So many "imponderable" can happen until then

Be more wrong. In fact all professional betters bet with both hands much as they can on games of the year. There's a way to look at the schedules and the way you think the teams will be perceived. This is when the lines are the very weakest. There's just as likely a chance see other team could be having injuries. This is all factored in as the edges are huge on these games

You're wrong 1000% and it just shows you don't bet at high level. These are the type of bets that the pros may because the lines are soft because no one is bed into him. It's basically you versus the odds maker and if you can't beat the odds maker one-on-one like this then you shouldn't be betting in a serious level. It's a hundred times more difficult to bet during the season. This is my pre-season is so easy to beat as well in the NFL it's because there's just not many people betting into it and the lines are softer. This is why people bet openers as well throughout the year and has things only get tougher closer to game time. This is true in every sport. You're are way off on this
