I still remember the first time I saw Steve Francis play when I was a kid back in like 96. This was before he was even good. He was playing at the courts near Georgia Ave in DC with Moochie Norris and Lawrence Moten. Moochie Norris and Lawrence Moten was killin everybody on the court.
