Steve Hackett was the sound of Genesis, a legend, pioneer and experimental tapping, a guitarist who should be more valued in my opinion. In fact, he influenced Brian May in his technique.

I think the original from W and W tops it for me. It is possessed of a marvellous bass / deep rumbling keyboard sound that I've never heard to the same effect on subsequent versions. God bless Steve Hackett and his merry Minstrels for keeping the true spirit of Genesis alive.

Ho passato la mia adolescenza ascoltando questa band e pensando che lo loro musica avesse qualcosa di magico, di ultraterreno, di surreale ed avevo ragione perchè solo la magia può darti le stesse sensazioni adesso , dopo quasi mezzo secolo. Grazie Steve, per aver ripreso questi capolavori e per averli riproposti...ho sempre avuto una grande ammirazione per il tuo gusto musicale e la tua creatività e se oggi ancora mi emoziono all'ascolto di questi capolavori, significa che avevo ragione.
