The duffers said in an interview that things between Nancy and Jonathan are not fully resolved yet. And the official script tells you that Nancy has indeed unresolved feelings for Steve. When Steve told her that she was always there is his dream it says: "Her heart skips." In season 5 we'll find answers to all of that.

The part that convicned me nancy was interested again was when eddie told steve she didn't hesitate for a second diving in lovers lake after him. Like I'm a multishipper, so I'm open to both stancy and jancy endgame, but I hope they do them justice and whoever is endgame the other doesn't need to die for the others happiness✨️🫶🏻🤞🏻

Robin and Steve won't happen. First of all Robin is confirmed lesbian, not bisexual. Second she clearly wants to be with Vickie. Like Robin said, she is the girl of her dreams. Rovickie will be endgame. Then we have Steve, who only had INTEREST in Robin in S3, but NOT romantic feelings. Liking someone is not the same as being in love. Two different things. (He has only romantic feelings for Nancy.) He was ready to give it a try with Robin, because he desperately wanted to have something again what he had with Nancy, since she couldn't love him back and chose Jonathan over him. That's why he also dated other girls, like Heidi or Linda after the break up, because he tried to move on as good as possible, but failed. Robin was only a good diversion from his broken heart and a rebound, because she made him laugh when he needed it the most. He wasn't even sad or heartbroken, when Robin rejected him. He also never looked at her in a romantic way. Even when Robin and Steve hold hands for a second by mistake in S3 when they were scared and hid from the russians, you can see and tell how awkward it was for them, they didn't enjoy that at all. They felt uncomfortable about that. Steve and Robin have clearly a siblings relationship, they even tease or annoy each other like siblings. S4 tells you over and over again that they are "platonic with a capital P". You can see that through a lot of things. How Robin ships Stancy or how Steve ships Rovickie for example. Their platonic body language towards each other or even the looks or how they talk with each other, all of that are totally platonic. Steve even put Robins life in danger in S3, because he wanted to save Nancy in the first place, when Billy was about to kill her. They love each other as best friends, nothing more. Dating Robin would only be something like "friends with benefits" for Steve, because they get along pretty good. But the only woman he is IN LOVE with is Nancy. She is the one he can imagine his whole future with. No matter if people like it or not, but Stancy will happen in S5, because S4 was very evident for them. There won't be Stobin or Ronance.
