i am going to be controversial and say people wanted Steve to leave Downs. A team that is ran professionally. Now he went to Swallows and see what happens. If all teams were run professionally, I would understand that. Steve is so kind that he doesn't wanna lift the lid on what really went on at Swallows. There is so much to take from this interview. I just wanna wish Steve all the best. He is a true gentle man.

Steve is a seasoned professional. He has lost a lot of coaching jobs, but none of those experiences were as ridiculous as the Swallows one. Even the late Mike Mokoena at Free State Stars, who had very little formal education, was a lot more professional than the circus Steve just jumped off from.

I think PSL need to come up with solution to solve this on going matter in our football. Whoever is buying a PSL or Motsepe league must submit his or her financial report to avoid this mess of under paying and unpaying of players and staff. This will also help in solving things changing of club owners every season. For instance currently I can say we have only 6 teams in PSL coz they have 6+ yrs. Pirates, chiefs, Downs, SSU, Chippa and CTC are the only teams others are adding numbrs. You cannot have few millions and expect to run a professional team.

This to me sounds like selective outrage. Steve is angry and dragging into the mud the wrong person. Even busy bringing about Mr Elasto’s foreign status, I honestly thought Mr Steve was wiser than that. Swallows is under a financial problem not a management problem.

Steve Khompela spent the whole 20 minutes saying nothing, an English masterclass in a sport show is misplaced in fact that encapsulates his career. He is misplaced, he belongs in the faculty of communication

So sad that the guy looks so broken emotionally especially that he had to reflect to his past experiences. Quite sad... What hit most is that he says people forget about him being "Human Being ". That says alot especially knowing that a man has responsibilities both financially and emotionally. Quite sad. I hope @masandawana could extend him a second chance. One thing I learned don't trust people who have bad intentions and present them as good
