You implied that Leon Bailey only gets motivated when he has competition from another player competing for his position. I'm sorry but I disagree that the coach or the club should share any of the blame for his drop in form. We're talking about a seasoned professional here. Your career and specifically maintaining your position in the starting lineup should be enough motivation for any player.

Someone need to speak with Bailey about changing his footwear. I cant understand why he's always on the ground. I probably saw only one game where he didn't slip and fall while dribbling or taking a shot. In one game he fell and tried to get up and look like he was swimming on dry land. Not scoring goals is bad but all that falling just makes him look like an amateur.

Sounds great on paper but are our attackers willing to put in the work defensively if we go with such an attacking line up? Theses are the questions that coaches have to consider. I would play that in fifa all day, but does it work on the pitch with the players and personalities in the squad? That is what I would like to know.
