A repo needs to be handled in a way that is not easy to confuse for road piracy. All tow drivers need strict oversight and a short leash. They all cross the line far too often with little penalty

actually we do go by address first, you know the 5 references car dealership ask for during the financing of the vehicle at signing? Those are the next address we go investigate in case someone hide it there or they'll trade vehicle's with family or friends, he gives his vehicle for them to drive and he takes their vehicle till a person can catch up the payments, 3rd part is to investigate where they work, we check every block, shopping center even self storage where people park their vehicle for storage, it's a lot cheaper at the self storage if it's parked in the fence on the grass instead of putting it in an actual storage unit, we check check everywhere, every lot, and every block, I can tell you this for a fact, we do fast snatch repos as in the video where he lowered the tow arm and without getting out lift and speed off knowing the make and model of the vehicle, we'll find a parking lot far away from where you got it because a lot of people has more then 1 car at home and they jump in and try to catch us and that's why we check Vin numbers for positive identification far away, if he checked the Vin number in that driveway it very very bad and possibly your death, that tow driver on video did not get out so that was the quick snatched, the real problem is THE POLICE WERE ALREADY THERE BEFORE HE TOOK THE TRUCK, that means the tow driver called a friend in law enforcement before he was even there......THAT'S A BIG PROBLEM AND THE REASON THE OTHER COP'S WERE FIRED, the driver used police as a bulletproof vest AKA a tool for a repo, here's a fact us repo men know the general public don't, the finance company who you pay calls the police station giving them the address, make and model, and VIN number and the reason why is to stop the delinquent owner from reporting the vehicle as stolen.....EVERY FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS POLICY IS TO MAKE LAW ENFORCEMENT AWARE IT'S UP FOR REPO, and basically the tow driver stole the white paid off GMC and I know repo guys arrested for it because the owner call the police to report it, so yeah his truck was the wrong one

I can't believe they allowed the truck to be removed from the crime scene! Just why were police involved in a covert operation to repossess a car. Why wouldn't police just go up an knock on the door if this was legitimate. This poor guy was just defending his property. The good guy with the gun that Republicans are always talking about just getting gunned down by police.
