Reeves no fue aprovechado en Hollywood, De Mille lo quería como Sansón en "Sanson y Dalila" pero De Mille quería que rebajara 20 kilos y Reeeves no aceptó pero hubiera sido espectacular junto a Hedy Lamar. Hizo su carrera en Italia y se retiró joven y millonario. Fué el actor mas taquillero por varios años y rechazó dos papeles que le hiniran dado mas fama y fortuna, Reeves fue la primera opción para James Bond en "El Dr No" y la primera opción para "Por unos dólares mas". Reeves fue, quizas, el actor màs guapo de todos los tiempos.

Only dude today approaching Reeves' level of symmetry, size & aesthetics is Carlos de Oliveira, aka Caike Pro. American Jeremiah Buoni also great but even bigger than Reeves, Frenchman Joffrey Vasseux could pass for Steve's younger brother, let's check him again @ 35 (Reeves' age when he played Hercules, he was winning titles much younger, as is Vasseux).

Reeves should have played Samson in demille's 1949 epic, not victor mature, also should have been superman on television. He had the face and body. This would have given him Hollywood imortally. Plus more people would have been taking working out for health much more serious.

Reeves was still young & competitive & refused to lose weight for Samson, Superman would have hidden him in bad costume, he was meant for Hercules (Ahnuld & Ferrigno large, homely & dull when they played the role, actually Lou's chemicals made him look good, the Oak no more an actor than he was a Governor).

Reeves didn't have a child because he was SMART, travelling competitive athlete & then international movie star, how many stars' children have suffered neglect, addiction, abuse? His 1st marriage was brief & that was without children. After on-set injuries (who could stunt double for Hercules?!), Reeves went back to where he started, riding horses on a ranch.
