The NFL needs to do this more often. Showing not only the positional coaches but the assistants and analysts that work behind the scenes collecting data. Not to mention the computer programs that allow them to see all sorts of plays.

Panthers fan here. I'll never ever forget Smitty's 2001 rookie season where he only played special teams returning kickoffs and punts. It was unbelievable what he did taking a couple to the house for 6. And ended the season with just over 1400 kick return yards. 2002 he made his debut as WR, and the rest was history after that! I still wear my Panthers Steve Smith jersey.

It’s so dope seeing the relationships the players have with the staff behind the scenes. Equipment managers, training staff, chefs, etc. just really cool to see the interpersonal relationships we don’t normally get to see.

I'd love to see merch production and the fan shops, all the parts of travelling (booking hotels & flights, packing, managing food and supplies during away games, etc), food & drink served during a game, mascots, medical staff, draft scouting, filming commercials, the booths behind the games (especially Redzone), scoreboard and play clock management in the stadiums, security, cleaning the stadiums after a game, gardening the field, and last but not least, the production of these videos we are watching on YT Cheers, Steve Smith, you're doing great!! Steve Smith (the one that didn't get a ring against Brady) is super entertaining as always and I'm pumped to see Dabs and my Giants up here. We have a worse roster than we've had in the last few years but are playing for the win and finding ways to win close games. I know we're not gunning for a playoff run this year but I'm seeing more than I could've hoped for in player development, good coaching, and guys buying into the schemes than I could've hoped for thusfar.

Steve Smith Sr. is a real man and a true professional. The relationship with the old equipment manager speaks volumes of his upbringing and character. While he was playing he was such a loud mouth that i didn't really care much for him, glad to be wrong.
