Trovato is certainly a very good guitarist, but as a teacher he is a pedagogical disaster. I had him as a teacher in the 80s, he was more concerned with insulting me than teaching

awesome he is super.and books are very awesome so i'm sure i learnd and like him very much. also ...wowww now listing i learn 6.51...and that was 20 years ago .......thanks to him because i use in in jazzish well everything i play in major stuff.. that from him ...and use it in my blues rock stuff and took it all over the place . and the 1st finger pedal steel stuff is to tuff for me . but i was trying to learn some . to buy them .and as i here he teaches well . and detailed ..i remeber why i new nothing about country guitar at time and love rockabilly .......best to ya willie....sorry on a typing tanget i'm a hyper dude

dang i have to go back and listen tommrow this vido while typing i rember his stuff better now and it s awesome stuff no doubt . tommrow nite ....and willie i also rember i did notr no how to use finger picking and now in my way i good at it . and realized how so important it is took me to another leval .and from danny gatton to and fan james burton and pete to........those banjo roll are awesome i cant do those things lol i wish i could play country but i stay alaround ya no ........nice ya put it up and i seen it again thanks willie

yea no doubt . and thanks for bringing him to my attension. i'm going to wacth him now..i think way back they rented these vidios at music store it was like the new thing before you tube and all. so it was awesome to see hear people ya never heard seen before....ok willie ya have awesome week end ok best always to ya ok i will check that omne out ..and man i did not no he had so many vidos ..out ...and your write he is a great teacher he should be . not 90percent of the people on her . him you truely can grow from in every style.
