Steve, if you ever met him, is a total mensch. It's great when good and talented people become successful. What he did is a good model for any aspiring young musician.

One of the most sincere interviews on what was effectively a start up business. Nice to know that determination and single minded passions can pay off. ( oh, and with a little help from a movie (crossroads), Zappa and being hugely talented.) I just wonder what would have been of Vai had KZbin and MySpace been around back then. Lost in the Tsunami of faces or still viable (no pun intended)?
