I just ordered a 2450 today. I got the maintenance plan. I know it's few years less on coverage for certain parts..but I figured they come out and check it out once a year. I also figured in 3 years probably upgrade to something else.

@@user-js2fs5kh4s Nobody does. And none of the videos of reviews mention it either. It’s a simple, yes or no. But I’ve done a little research and from the looks of it. This machine does not.

Unfortunately, that's not possible, I imagine it would be easy for NT to implement that change, seeing as it's an android based tablet, but alas, they've locked it and made it a conduit for only IFit content. There are some sites on the internet that demonstrate a way to jail break it so that you can utilize it with other pieces of software, but you'll void the warranty in the process.

I want to get the 2450 but I’ve read so many horror stories about nordictrack service and support. Is this still the case? And would you know given that your experience may be different because you’re a reviewer and Nordictrack will be more inclined to be very responsive to you.?

I’ve had to use NordicTrack’s, Pelotons and Hydrow in the past. I’ve found them all good.

Yes, you can use the NordicTrack 2450 in manual mode too. I had an email from NT recently to condfirming streaming services also coming to the tablet also!

My 2450 speeds feel very wrong, did you have any issues like this? I like to use KMPH.

Haven’t noticed any difference between my 1750 and 2450 🤷🏽‍♂️

Not currently. I used an iPad (with a mount) if i want to get extra steps in.
