Average it out with your home charging and it should still be cheap. (Or, refer someone to Tesla and get free charging) 👍🏽

Great video! Stopped drinking 299 days ago and while I mostly feel good, I am recently thinking about drinking again because I miss these 10/10 nights. Maybe I need to be satisfied with having solid 8/10 days most of the time instead of many 4/10 with the occasional 10/10. Thanks for sharing your journey with us! 🙏

If you don’t plan on keeping the subscription active, the bike is awful. It’s horrible that they essentially eliminate functionally of a $1700 bike

I have been looking at Tesla Model Y review videos for the last two weeks and I haven't commented on a single one, but your video explains so much and clear and concise. I do have to ask though what the song title was that you had to mute. That decides ultimately whether this is a positive comment or not 😆 Really informative video. Can I just ask with the centre screen, have you installed a screen cover for the glass as it looks less glossy than other videos I've seen?

Love my Peloton Bike+, but curious about the NordicTrack as well - especially for the abilities to change soundtracks and do more outdoors-inspired rides. In your experience across several of their spin bikes, with extra moving parts like the fans and moving seat/platform, how well have they held up? While the minimal bells and whistles on the Peloton is, well, minimal, I wonder if it also helps minimize potential breakage.

I’m a big fan of both bikes. The X24 is an updated version of the S22i, which was a rock-solid bike. They’ve upgraded the tablet, improved the incline motor (faster and a little quieter) and the seat is much more comfortable than it was before.

Steve, great video. I'm about to order Juniper. One concern I have having driven other EVs is the phantom braking. Have you had that problem in your car?
@SteveJulien
@SteveJulien 2 күн бұрын
My 2019 Model S would phantom brake quite a bit. My Model Y doesn’t anywhere near as much and I can’t remember the last time it happened. Juniper has Hardware 4 which I imagine will be even better.

Just to be clear, alcohol withdrawal can be fatal. When you experience even mild - moderate symptoms, it certainly doesn't feel 'more subtle' than heroin withdrawal. The onset of mild - moderate physical symptoms however, will generally take a lot longer to manifest. And you while you may not be suffering for weeks on end, in a state of physical withdrawl, simply waking up in the middle of the night with a shaking body has a different kind of fear to it - knowing that progression to a seizure can kill or cause brain damage. The way we view alcohol against other substances is quite bizarre.

After 3.5years of ownership for me it came down to the following :- 1. Niggly faults 4 of them all fixed. Self drive computer would have been most expensive £2000+ if not under warranty. 2. Tesla Service is abysmal 5 weeks to get fixed. No one to speak too. Tesla need to sort service out not what I expected. Used to be very good 1-2 weeks..

love your videos, and thank you for being fair and balanced. you are one of the best on the Tubes! I have had the x24 since November. the immersive experience you get with the 24 inch screen and incline/decline on the bike, it realllllly puts you in the space the trainer is in. im doing a john peel (I think that's his name) series ( you see it at 19:43 - costa rica beginner cycle series) and it feels like im going up and down on those hills!! the POV of your view makes it feel like you are there. i understand peloton has its following, but i much prefer the immersive experience the x24 gives. really brilliant video here mate! cheers!

mate, you know im a fan of your channel. im happy you finally got the bike. you *can* put the harness wires on the tablet behind the panels. its a bish to do but it can go in there with no pinch! we are the no pinch crew!!! Agree the new tablet is amazingly fast! snappy! responsive! never had the s22i so cant compare ( i know you will). i enjoy this bike so much. I also picked up the x16 free stride and im in heaven! that replaced my old H14 hiit trainer. These new 2025 machines/tablets are lightning fast!

Great Video! 🎉 I have also been a proud owner of the X24 Bike for three days now. Everything is working fine for the most part. However, there are issues with connecting Bluetooth heart rate monitors. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn’t. Turning the bike off and on again doesn’t help either. The second issue is the video quality. It’s very poor when there is movement on the screen. Not 1080p, not even 720p-more like 576p. The same happens with Netflix and Amazon Prime. In the Netflix settings, the video quality is even listed as “SD.” Is this normal? I have already reset the bike once (paperclip reset) and reinstalled all apps. Wi-Fi speed is 300 Mbit/s.
@marctronixx
@marctronixx 5 күн бұрын
i can assure you this is NOT normal. i have had his bike since november and the software has not given me any issues. i use a polar h10 and Samsung ear buds. the video is 1080p and has not swayed from that. you could either have a faulty tablet and/or your wifi network has interference. you are still under warranty, so reach out to NT and get them to send you a new console.

Thanks, Steve....I appreciate this review. I was leaning towards the NordicTrack based on admittedly cursory initial research, but after a couple hours of additional research, and this video...I will use your affiliate link and pull the trigger on the X24. My boss at work gushes about his Kickr Smart Bike, and if I was even just 10 years younger, I admit that would appeal to me....but at my age (15 years older...) that is a bridge too far, lol... I am not one for Spin Classes...the whole 'real world' outdoor experience is more my cup of (English breakfast) tea... I really enjoyed your review and personality and will follow you in the future. This was my first view......

old tech. slow tablet. slower/noisier incline motor. the 24 is the sweet spot and still gets you immersed in the scene. this is my opinion and i fully respect your love for the 27 inch.

Steve I really appreciate your video reviews and they led me to buy an S22i last year which I'm really enjoying. The only negative for me is the wobble when riding hard out of the saddle. Is the X24 any better in this regard compared to the S22i? Apart from the tablets the bikes themselves look nearly identical. Are there any actual updates? Thanks.

@@marctronixx Thanks for this as I'm the same height albeit a bit heavier I do use Shimano SPD-SL shoes/pedals. The design of the bike means that it's not fixed to the base so that it can move along the runners to incline/decline. The base is rock sold when pedalling though.
