Thank you! Such a thourough review. I've had the x22i for a few years and hated it because the software was so awful. So awful in fact that it was bricked by the software update last year and I am so leary of another nordictrac tread. Have you had any issues with the software?

@SteveJulien Thank you for your comprehensive review. I am looking to purchase the 2450 but I am living in the first floor and they wouldn;t deliver other than the ground floor,. Do you have any idea how heavy the base on its own would be so I can unpack and lift it with my partner? If I go ahead I will definitely use the provided link.

Glad it was helpful! Unpacked, and I haven’t done it, I think you would need 3-4 strong people for the running bed. Two at the motor end and one/two at the other end. (plus, a proper risk assessment of course!) I would guess the base could be around 80% of the total weight. Also, if you don’t own the ground floor (ie it’s another dwelling) downward noise transfer should also be a consideration. Sorry not more definitive and TIA for using my link if you go for it.

does the treadmill have youtube? if youre not subscribe to ifit what can you do with the screen?

Without the subscription, you’ll just have manual mode and some sample workouts. Mounting a TV or tablet on the one wall may be an option for you.

I have a 2450 Nordictrack. I have been having issues with it shutting off on me while I am running. When I am descending and I run faster then 7.4 mph. Any ideas what might be happening? Nordictrack has not been helpful at all . Their customer service is horrible
