I have to say, as a long time dog trainer/owner, there is nothing better than raw and freeze dried. I have 2 GSD's, 9 and 7, they look and act like 3 year-olds. Raw is their diet (similar to the bagged product shown) and freeze dried treats (organs). So awesome to see Steve promoting good dog health! My dogs also USE the food via their metabolism, so even 90-120LB dogs have teeny tiny poops. Massive dog poops is just them getting rid of useless fillers from commercial junk food. Edit: vets will tell you that raw/freeze dried foods are harmful, that is a lie, except for cats with crystal issues. They are highly profitable selling brands like Royal Canin, do not fall for it!

When we got this new bulldog pit puppy. She was really big compared to the other puppies. We fed her dog food. After awhile her fur felt bristly, course and stiff. I looked into it and found that she wasn't getting enough protein. We switched her to chicken. Those 5$ chickens from Costco. It doesn't have to be cooked either. The wife would feed her what we ate but mostly chicken.

Aluminum has about 2x the thermal expansion of steel. I would posit that you gain lash as engine temperature increases.
@micah224711 күн бұрын
he normally loses lash as it raises his lifters from the aluminum holders growing at the top surface of the blocks valley. has to go thru and lash up every pass just about and from checkpoint to checkpoint, every morning start etc
@Rebar77_real11 күн бұрын
That explains a lot of roadside rocker repairs from when they get banged around like crazy from an insane gap in traffic.
@stevemccauley573411 күн бұрын
@@micah2247 they don’t change valve lash after every race. They’re checking lash. If you have to change lash, there’s a problem. How could the lifter valley “raise the lifters up”? They’re in bores. Not on a shelf.
@steveletson661611 күн бұрын
@@micah2247 There's a big difference between checking the lash between runs and adjusting the lash. Steve doesn't check the lash between every run and if there is a discrepancy with it it means something else is wrong in the valve train. Like Steve said he does a hot lash at zero for the drives and I know he doesn't even check it all the time between runs.

I understand the desire for a station wagon. I love them and only owned one in my life. I would absolutely kill for a Roadmaster. I had a 1984 Caprice Classic wagon and thought it was the most useful car ever. I paid $400, owned it for three years, and sold it for $600. I put plugs, wires, and the back half of the exhaust on the car the entire time I owned it. It would sit for weeks and fire up like it was just parked. Great car. I kept a garage broom in it in the winter to clean snow off it. My kids called it Ugly Car. I still have a picture of it on my work bench.

I service rally cars. We can do 7 day events. Limited time and like you have so many specialist parts to carry. When the car is jacked up to be worked on we found it difficult to access engine bay. So instead of carrying too much extra we throw a couple of wheels down and have a piece of plywood with some keepers that sits across two wheels. Wanna boom wanna bang, you have a decent sound step up to reach into the engine bay. Since your wheels are so big, a simple disc to cover spokes is all you would need.
