For anyone saying he’s false, I’d like to point out the fact that I see a man that has been placed in front of thousands to preach the word of God! At this point he was young and still learning and this is part of his learning experience for what God has planned. It’s so silly to think that because he’s placed in a high position that he’s fake. To me it seems like you that are bashing him are more like how Saul was to David! Saul was very jealous because David was chosen of God because David was willing to be obedient! Saul wasn’t! Saul did his own think and didn’t wait on the Lord! Therefore God took little young David before the giant! I’m going to remind you that David owned a Kingdom that was given to him by God! Solomon was one of the RICHEST kings because he asked God to help him take care of His people! Shame on you that judge someone you’ve never met!!! God shall judge you to the same degree that you judge him! Whenever I accepted Gods call to preach I was young and afraid and it even showed in my sermons because I kept letting my emotions take over and God molded me during the process! I never taught false doctrine, but I was going through the molding process! No one is perfect so stop acting like you have to have a perfect preacher! God does not call you to be perfect, but instead He calls you to PARTICIPATE!!!! Steven may fall on his face and even I may notice things sometimes, but instead of persecuting him I’m going to pray for him! Peter DENIED Christ 3 times and guess what God used Peter after his worst moments in life! Saul renamed Paul persecuted and killed Christians and God used him to witness to BILLIONS and more still to this very day through Paul’s ministry!! Paul wrote 13 inspired New Testament books that we read and study from, so just know that you’re reading the God inspired writings of a murder that killed Christians! Now its because of the power of God and the willingness of Paul’s participation through Faith that we were blessed with these books! Steven is my Brother in Christ and has inspired me beyond measure with the Word of The Lord! I do not hold Steven nor any man on a pedestal, but I Love and admire his participation to The Lord! Steven A. Socha what about this is false? He’s giving glory to God. Isn’t that what you’re supposed to do? Just because he’s anointed and God sees him as obedient so he blesses him doesn’t mean that God won’t bless you. He has a calling for your life. It may not be like Steven furticks, but he has a plan. Choosing to have a hardened heart due plot jealousy will only become a burden to you and it will cause you to turn away from God.

I agree that for every Christian there are times when our actions don't match our words. That was true even for Paul, when he said "I don't do what i want to do and do what i don't want to". I would say, that it is very difficult to know someone's heart from far. I am part of very small church and have worked very closely with my Pastor but even in that small size I could see people who r just seeing things from far would at times judge pastors motives without even knowing him.

Check out the Hill song Conference 2014 where steven furtick says 666 during his preaching. He says he's gonna read the book of Joshua chapter 6. Then he says Joshua is the 6th book of the bible..he pauses and says and if I'm not mistaken this is the 6th session in the conference. And the stage he spoke from is an inverted pentagram.

And I agree that we need to be careful about judging the heart. However Judging itself is when we have no information about something. Hillsong and Steve Furtick give us data about themselves by which we are supposed to discern and think about. We are supposed to see this kind of thing and make a decision over it. Otherwise we just end up accepting any old garbage from the shiniest object, too scared to think in case we are judging.

Because im hillsong college student, i am involved in almost everything that happens there and i can tell you that their love for the gospel is something that is hard to find nowadays, and it is beautiful to see their work and people coming to know Jesus through their work... In my opinion both Hillsong and Elevate church are doing an excellent Job!

He mentions pressure on himself, is that from the powers that be at the top of the church or cause God? God is patient and does not force (pressure) anyone. Luiz you sidestepped my point. You validate and measure me by what I am doing or not doing. Herein lies the problem. Islam can get thousands of people to go somewhere and do something together so filling an arena isn't impressive. It shows that the gospel is a convenient, easy-listening exercise that fits with a comfortable western mindset. The Gospel is actually offensive to our ears of it is being properly communicated.

What's with that annoying sound in the background at the beginning of the video? It reminds me of something that Benny Hinn uses to create a false sense of emotion when he's speaking. Actually I'm well aware of what that sound is and why they use it. In group hypnosis classes and self hypnosis tapes they use that same frequency of sound to put you into a trance so that you are open to hypnotic suggestion. In this case the congregation are being placed into a "mass trance". Not even Oprah Winfrey used this when she conducted her now infamous "mass trance", she chose silence instead. "Speaking of crazy" ... this guy is crazy. Just listen to the way he talks. Bizarre! Then at 5:04 what do we see? Right when he says "don't say anything" he makes the baphomet horns with his right hand in a raised salute to satan. A clear sign that he is satanic. Read Matthew 7, v 22.... Furtick will be one of those.

Gary - be careful about the calls you are making there. I have heard many sermons preaching about many challenging topics from the stage at Hillsong which completely oppose the prosperity message. Have you served as a team member and seen the passion these people have for Jesus? Sure, be a cynic. Thats what people did when Jesus visited a tax collector.
