I met him not 10 days ago, we were lined up at the hotel door and he came down for some photos and autographs, and he took the time to greet each fan with a hug (a real, honest to god heart, not just for the pics) and a kiss on the cheek (our argentinean greeting) and I just couldn't believe that he was such a down to earth guy. He couldn't greet everybody in the line because we were just too many, but he promised he would come back and do it again for those who didn't get a chance. And I don't think that's something every rock star would do.

I had the same experience with Gregg Allman in 1982 at a bar in Bradenton Florida. Two o'clock in the afternoon. To think of how far Steven's come in his own personal recovery warms my heart so much. You can really see how much the words of this song mean to every single band member as the camera shows each of their faces. The violinist plays beautifully as do each of the musicians. I had never really listened & took the time to understand the true meaning of the lyrics as much as I did today when I heard this version.
