To have one of your favorite artists record a video in places so near the town you grew up with, a region that's still so close to your heart, and read that it left him awed - it's absolutely priceless. My teenage self, the one that became a fan of Porcupine Tree like 15 years ago, would've been floored. My current self is still moved and grateful :)

I have no idea how Steven's life has been, but this video and song and album feels a lot like finally reaching some sort of light after years and years of sadness and depression. I was pretty miserable and took a lot of meds all through The raven that refused to sing and Hand cannot erase-years, but this autumn could more or less be the best time I've had in forever, and this song and album feels like it represents that for me. So genuinely bursting with brightness and emotion. Thank you SW for all you do, love from Sweden

I just wanted to say out of the 5000 + albums I have this one is near the top, porcupine tree fans crticise it but it's got amazing studio production, great tunes which cover many genres and really great songwriting/musicianship. Give it a listen from start to finish onna good system.... who cares if there's 2 pop tuned, it's balanced out and a full spectrum album . Thanks Steve .

It’s on my bucket list. Its the ALMA/Paranal observatories in the Andes of northern Chile. The most sophisticated telescopes in the world are there making amazing discoveries about the universe. Perfect place, high altitude, very dry, no moisture in the air, some places have no record of rain, ever. Perfect place for astronomy. I always thought Steven liked astronomy...Deform to form a star, Stars Die, Dark matter. A fitting video from SW...a smart, curious guy visiting a place that’s unlocking the mysteries of the universe. Very cool and another endearing part if his personality. Trains too, think of all the PT songs that have referred to trains but that’s another post.
