The steez factor is off the charts with this trick. I might actually need to learn the dark side this year ha

Oh yes you should! The darkslide on it's own is already a great trick to learn

That's where the spike in views came from 😜 Give it a try on the water and then watch it a 100 times more 😇 Good luck and have fun with it!

That's a great goal. Check out this video I made a while back, it might help you with the board off steps. kzbin.info/www/bejne/eHqThXqfmc-kmZo

That's quite the trick you have planned there 😉 Don't think I'll release a tutorial for that any time soon, but I'm sure you can figure out a couple of steps to safely try it 😉

Seems like a backroll hand drag but just adding dragging the board, or swapping hand drag for board drag, no? 🤔🤙
@stevenakkersdijk5 ай бұрын
Kind of, but the take off is quite different somehow. I was able to do a backroll hand drag but still struggled a lot with the rotation when I first tried this trick.

Whenever trying this some people like fly/float im gonna ask does it feel like having powers or just pulling yourself in the air?
@stevenakkersdijk5 ай бұрын
Feels like you're on the moon and all of the sudden gravity is turned down 😉

I am dark sliding into backroll without any Loop. Can I do that with the moon slide too?
@stevenakkersdijk2 ай бұрын
Yes you can! it's not needed to loop in order to try and do the moonslide, you'll only need the loop to ride out of it.

What kind of earphones are you using??!!!!!
@Sebastian-ow7xx5 ай бұрын
I mean when kitesurfing!!! Thanks
@stevenakkersdijk5 ай бұрын
The earplugs from iars I'm using are actually for protection rather than music as they help to prevent surfers ear. For music I often use the Shokz Openswim bone conduction headphones as they work perfectly with the earplugs.
