I'm so happy for Steve-O. He was always my favorite on Jackass and I will never forget back in the hayday of Jackass hearing that he would be on Too Late With Adam Corolla and staying up late to watch it live, then seeing him more screwed up than I had ever seen before. I remember watching that and thinking "Man, Steve-O is not going to last." The fact that he's sober and doing so much good with his life is such a fantastic thing. All these videos where he's doing well just warm the heart.

This is amazing! Also a dream of mine too. I work with local rescues in the Birmingham, Alabama area and foster hospice pups until their time here is done on earth. It's difficult BUT it's also extremely beautiful to see such loyal and loving creatures live their best lives even at the end. Or especially at the end I should say. I too am also a recovering addict from drugs and alcohol. 12 years going on 13 on July 4th this year. To anyone watching or know someone struggling? Don't give up on them but don't enable them either. Tough love!It makes me sad to see sooo many videos of individuals in and around the Philadelphia area (Kensington) specifically. Recording a active addict nodding out,falling out,saying weird shit or using and other crap that is happening to them at that moment is NOT Fuc***g cool or funny! It's heart breaking to see that. People just filming them in there struggle for likes and views. Rarely do I see someone film them and ask them if they ok or need help. Yes chances are they won't accept help. But maybe them just hearing that on that day may open them up to the idea. Like wow a stranger was nice to me. People do care! Like I said that is unfortunately rare. Anyway just be kind to each other! What's the harm of saying hi or even a head nod? Nothing! Again much respect Steve-O Can I come visit you pad?? Lol. I'm sure that won't happen! Be cool as fuck but I understand. Keep it up my dude!
