After 62 years we left California 12-16-2023 and bought a 1 acre ranch in Colorado and loving it. Keep saying we should have done this many years ago. Peace and quiet and gas under $3.00 a gallon. We're talking about getting goats as well. Kudos to Steve-o for making the move. Our first choice was Tennessee but came to Colorado to be with friends.

That’s my only gripe too. How come we got all these rich people moving here and yet the average person just getting poorer, while everything gets more expensive? Really feels like there almost 2 economies here. One for the millionaires, and rest everyone else has to fight over
