I totally understand what Cindy is saying when she's talking about her mother's age versus her age and surpassing that milestone of active time her Mom had. My paternal Grandfather died at age 63 from an aortic aneurysm, and my Dad is now 70. I remember once my Dad turned 63, I was acutely aware that he was now the age Grandpa was when he passed, and it felt like I, for lack of a better phrase, "held my breath" that whole year. It was a strange feeling for sure. Much love to you and your family, Steve-O!!! 💙
@adora612 жыл бұрын
I totally understood this too! My uncle died at 28 of a massive heart attack (he was an alcoholic and smoked like a chimney) and I remember when I turned 29, I thought "I beat my uncle." It was a sobering thought.

Most of the men in my family pass from heart issues in their mid fifties to early sixties and that’s the age group my dad is currently in. I have no one to lean on if she passes away & it's going to suck. I tell her now w/my health problems I might go before she does & it upsets her to here me say that.
