I bet if you can find the large stops they will work even better if you cut them in half so the bait will need to clear the flat side to slip off. Gonna have to try and see if they will still hold on the hook...

I have tryed the fuzzy dice hack and i tried both silicone and rubber strands but the rubber outpreforms the silicone for me.I guess NJ bass are picky lol 😂

@@SteveRogersOutdoors After watching a video on the "Dice" lure, I got the idea to try something similar for panfish. I was at the pond I fish most often, which is SO slow for everything. The first 3 casts produced 2 fish. A cast or 2 later and, just slightly deeper, and I felt another tap. 5 minutes later I landed a 5 lb. bass. I have since tweaked the one I use. Bass Pro Stik-O in the 3" model. Cut into 6 pieces and threaded with double Spinner Bait skirts. I keep them short due to the fact that I was getting the "legs" torn off. 4 on top, in an X / cross pattern, and the same in an offset pattern on the bottom, if you can call it that. I do have pics on that instant picture site that I can't actually name or KZbin will bump my comment. First and last name together will help find my pics. Love yoour channel. I've picked up quite a few things from watching. Still looking for that video of bass hitting a double treble lure and not getting hooked. I love the hacks. I invented the skirt material through the worm trick. I'm sure a lot of other people have come up with the same idea. River smallmouths love worms with appendages and half a senko with the skirt material threaded through is like candy to the big smallies.

I need to definitely use it on some smallie waters. Mainly been using it around largemouth, but those river smallies I'm sure will crush it like you said. Those are my favorite fish by far.

I don't, but that is a really great question. Just run your line through the metal loop that is holding the stop. Make sure you have enough line through the metal loop and then pull the bobber stop up and off the end of the metal. It may take a practice run or two to get it down.
