Correct! TDC is when all four valves are fully closed, and the cam is not putting any force on the valve stems, so the rockers have a tiny bit of freeplay, that is your valve clearance. Too much, makes them noisey, and does not allow valve to open fully. Too little and the valves may not fully seat during combuation, this can burn valves.seats.

the exhaust side... is that suppose to be at TDC also, so you pretty much adjust all 4 valves at TDC?

the motorbike that i am fixing a yamaha tt 600 looks like it takes the same engine as ur grizzly i am going to to double check the parts for my bike and ur online to see lol how about that
