At the time, there was a lot of bad blood because management wanted more production on the show and they felt Chris wasn't doing much. They thought he was spending too much time on the air and that is why production wasn't getting done. Fez threw Pepper under the bus and accused him of trying to steal his place on the show. A lot of it was mentioned or alluded to before they moved to raw dog.

@Maggot 100% he caused it. Listened to the show for a really long time, even prior to SiriusXM. Fez descended into madness, and just stop bringing the heat. Ron and Fez had such amazing chemistry and I've never laughed harder in my life than at the show. It just sucks what happened. I really wish the show was still on. I haven't even listened to Bennington because I hate the idea of listening to Ron alone. Even if his daughrer is their, or Pepper, it's just not the same thing.
