What a genuine , smart humble guy Stevie Ray is, brillliant submission against Pettis given also the pressure to do so against the star status of AP. Always liked Pettis, but I would expect Stevie to submit him again in round 2. For him to possibly go on to win the Million Dollars, given his dire situation just 30 odd months ago would be genuinely remarkable and thoroughly deserved, would expect nothing less from a Braveheart Scot... Finally kudos to AH he is at the very top of his game, no less an 'OG 'status, you can see fighters really respect him, line of questioning concernning MMA / personal life is always spot on, brilliant work Ariel...

Gonna be an interesting rematch. I hope it goes longer this time. The body triangle twister was a brilliant one, literally could have made a transition into a "kimura arm bar" if Pettis tried to reverse onto the opposite direction by locking his legs, catching the arm and extending it before going into a seat belt grip...

Great to see Stevie get some well deserved promotion, very underrated fighter partly because he’s not a big talker on the mic but very skilled subbed the likes of paddy pimblet and beat some top guys in the ufc like Johnson so is very game, I feel like he was cut partly due to his skills on the mic and popularity but great to see him reviving his career here🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
