being al older man now who was lucky enough to see SRV, you just couldn't clap or scream or anything when watching him play. you had to see and hear absolutely everything he was doing. it was like the audience collectively knew to hold onto applause and cheering until he was finished. I hope that we see someone like him come this way again but I doubt it. Thankyou for putting out these videos. it's a joy to watch and see new generations learn about his music.

Nice catch on the Castles Made of Sand lick near the end. Also at 7:05-7:22 or so he does a little Power of Soul type riff and then A Minor Jam snatch from Woodstock. When SRV played live before he hit it big, he regularly played Hendrix live. I have one show from 81 or 82 in a Texas Bar where he does 4 or 5 Hendrix tunes. Jam 292, Come (On), Manic Depression were also songs SRV played in addition to Voodoo, Little Wing, 3rd Stone.
