Raven should have been the WCW Heavyweight Champion. It wouldn't have been a long run. But he deserved a run with the title. With Stevie by his side.

No, Raven would look like a weak champion against Hogan and Goldberg. Think of the era. Wrong place and time. Who does he rival with? Scott Steiner? Kevin Nash? Raven could not have been a dominator in that time.
