Stevie keeps the funk meter pegged at 110%, love funk music! Chili Peppers did the song justice too fr! Between the two is less of a choice, more of a mood imo. Dope couple of performances 💯!

RHCP deserve their own rabbit hole. I’d love to see you get into some of their older, less popular music first. They were so different back then. Funky and punk at the same time. Try Apache Rose Peacock or another 2 Fer Tuesday with their version of Bob Dylan’s Subterranean Homesick Blues! Love these 2 Fers!!

Something about flea on the bass makes me lean chilli peppers but Stevie was the man. 2 for Tuesday thoughts…… Mrs Robinson by Simon and Garfunkel as well as a band called the lemonheads, also there is a Polish guitar prodigy named Marcin who plays all the song parts on one acoustic guitar and he covers everything from Still Dre, to Master of Puppets, to System of a Down song etc… you could find a lot to choose from with him!!!!!

Stax I hear you describing Stevie Wonder as being Blues, and yes he was influenced by Blues as well as Jazz and Soul, but the genre’s that I feel would best describe his most excellent music as Soul, Funk and Pop music. The Red Hot Chili Peppers were influenced by most everything but their genre’s I feel would be described as Rock(Punk), Funk, Metal and Pop.
