I dropped out of college, and was bumming it. My parents lived on the beach, so I just smoked and drank each day, and chilled with my friends. This song was a shot to the gut cause I had discovered Hopsin when Raw dropped, and was obsessed with him. I joined the Marine Corps, and now 8 years later I'm an engineer for a surgical robotics company. He definitely had an influence. Life's a fickle bitch lol. Loved your review Mr. Stevie.

Crazy thing is.... He dropped this song years ago before Em blew him up in his song Fall from the Kamikazee album. If you're looking for more Hopsin: "Ill Minds 8" is about his beef with his old manager and why he split away from Dizzy/the rest of his crew "Crown Me" is more of a classic banger, it's got some of that old south crunk energy to it IMO but it's not as deep "Hop is Back" is about one of his comebacks from a hiatus after media/depression/etc pushed him away from the game. "No Words" is funny as hell, it's Hop making fun of mumble rappers. Best part about Hop is how real he is. Dude has always been open about his battles against depression, social media, press, the industry, etc. Refused to bow to industry demands and carved his own path.
