Stew Beef brisket with radish and chou hou paste beef sauce (Lee Kum Kee product)
Ingredients
-1pounds beef brisket (frozen) - slice for 1 n 1/2 inch or 1inch blanch with water for 3mins then rinse and set aside
1 big radish depend the size it's ok, pwede Rin wag lagyan.. white onion pwede then blanch lettuce or leafy veggies ilagay Sa ilalim Ng beef ...toppings ang beef brisket..yummy din po..
2 slice ginger
2cloves garlic minced
1 n half tablespoon of roch brown sugar or 1 pc. of rock sugar just like 10hkd coins
500 ml water for cooking the beef para maging soft...
-onion leaves/pwede wag lagyan
