This is beautiful. Thank you for filming Stewart Copeland in his own fashion, by letting the camera roll long after he thinks it's done, to reveal what he does with that vulnerable moment of having to apologize to the albums he threw too forcibly to the floor. That was adorable. The world should see how gracious he is about himself, and doesn't take himself so seriously that he can't acknowledge himself being vulnerable. And is ok with it. Gorgeous, sensitive soul.

Stewart's "commercial" here is much like him recording with The Police: In the studio the singer pops up with a new song and within fifteen minutes the band is already recording it, with usually only 1, 2 or 3 attempts, one of which is what's on the album. Risky, but transmits feeling organic and in the moment. "You're probably won't get two of those!"

The moment you tell Stewart "GO" he unleashes lol What a motor on that guy , All time great drummer . The Police are a fantastic band. I once heard Kurt Cobain say he thought of Nirvana as being New Wave, that they came out of the punk scene like Blondie and Talking Heads but that made me think of The Police. Both were three piece bands that came out of the punk scene , Both had all time great drummers , great musicians all around really, and superb songwriters with a totally unique sound that combined so many elements. Both would be the biggest band in the world and end abruptly.

Actually learned a few things. Miles was behind the album titles, Stewart thought the Zenyatta pyramid design on the cover was terrible and he has about as much regard for overpriced glossy packaged box sets of music you can find anywhere as I do.

Good for Stewart. I grew up with albums. That's what they are, just albums, not antique jewelry. This obsession over vinyl, and how preciously mint and overpriced they are is getting out of hand. Also, I'm a little surprised that Stewart does not like the Zenyatta cover. I always thought it's one of the most iconic ones.

There are many, mostly underrated tracks on the "Flexible Strategies"-B-Sides-Album. I like the raw power of the early songs, such as "Landlord", or "Visions of the night", but there are also some real gems, such as "Low life", or "Someone to talk to" (with the best Andy-vocals ever, in The Police!), or "Once upon a daydream". I just had it in the 90s, because they were all on "Message in a box".

As much as I chuckled a little bit about him tossing these... it feels awkward knowing that people who were hired at the time did put a lot of effort to package these and make these come true for fans only to see them get "tossed aside" feels out of place. I know he's had a circus of emotions with The Police and it truly shows here. I get the humor but it does make my stomach drop to see this.

What a waste of time. Does he know that the boxed set of vinyls, that have been re-mastered at the Abbey Road studios, has been getting some bad reviews because of quality control issues? They put this garbage out, charge a fortune and don't give a damn about the actual quality of the records?! This has now been proven by the way he just handled the box set. But, what does he care? The band no longer exists, and I'm sure he thinks these re-issues are silly nostalgic momentos that people just collect. I was kinda hoping for some feedback from him instead of this clown act. But, like I've learned as I've gotten older, the Universe doesn't owe me anything. And neither does Stewart Copeland.
