Enjoyed, don't tell Harvey to be quite , we don't want another 1 🌟 😂😂, I would have been seasick, I get seasick in a bathtub, Interesting island, Cheers 🤠❤️🇦🇺

Haha yeh Harvey's reviews are either 1 Star or 5 Stars, we have been to some amazing places in the last year but its often just visiting the local playground that gets 5 stars 😅

Such a beautiful video. We never went to that part of NZ and I'm glad I got to see it through your eyes. The apartment was lovely! The kids are growing up so beautiful. Thank you for sharing, we never miss one of your videos at home.

It certainly looks stunning and the set up Chelsea found was ideal for you. I'd love to have kaka looking through my window. What a special moment. Loved Harvey's Ulva Island review. Having taught 5-6 year olds for years and taken them on bush explorations where we rarely spotted anything that moved , I can relate to his comment! A stunning video, thank you.

Thanks Robin, so its not unique to our 4 year old then! 😅 That accommodation was great, suited us just perfect and the bird life was amazing! The people in the motel next to us said they saw kiwi strolling around in the carpark at night!

Absolutely full credit for managing the ferry with 3 small kids, I don’t know how my Mum managed with 3 of us kids on the old ferry years ago, I’ll never forget a brutal trip as an adult. Beautiful video, stunning scenery and loved seeing the kids enjoying it. Super excited for part 2😃

Wow! Looks amazing! I've always been put off by the ferry crossing, but might have to down some sea sick tablets and go for it. Thanks for sharing.

Amazing place , weather looks good too 🌞, how big was the boat ? You can get a sea sickness patch to stop that nauseating feeling.
@AdventuresWithRosy2 жыл бұрын
Oh really didn’t know there were patches for it! Boat was pretty big, probably 100 odd people on it 👍

The secret to motion sickness is to get up walk around talk to peoples and the crew get mind focused elsewhere even joke and laugh about things puts your mind in totally different frame of thinking then voila time flys so quick
@AdventuresWithRosy2 жыл бұрын
Great tip! I also had a jacket on and someone mentioned that it makes the motion sickness worse! I should have gone outside and sat out there for a bit..
@NomadLifeKiwi2 жыл бұрын
I wish that were the case with me. In rough seas, the only thing that helps me is seasick tablets! Or lying flat at the stern of the boat can help too.
@UnchartedNZ2 жыл бұрын
The boat rides always bad. Last time we went you couldn't stand up on the boat. I asked how ruff it was.. they said 5... Apparently they don't sail at 10.. I don't think I want to be on that boat at a 9.🤔
@tleej262 жыл бұрын
Our trip was delayed an hour and the crew were writing 8’s and 9’s on sick bags, I wasn’t sick, I was damn scared😏
@AdventuresWithRosy2 жыл бұрын
Amazing huh! Our crew did not seem fazed at all about the sea, the captain seemed relaxed haha
