Stewart, I love that you seem to reply to all your comments! What recommendations for a small property management/landlord company (15-30 units), specifically to track and follow up on prospective applicants. I get inundated when we have vacancies and find it hard to keep manage all the contacts efficiently. Would also like to be able to outsource those contacts to a VA of poss using a database/software with their own log in, as well as follow up emails after several months to those that were qualified but didn’t rent with us for some reason.
